It’s been a while since we posted a new workout. Therefore, I’ll make it up to you BIG. Ifiyenia filmed a new video with a Pilates workout using only a mat. This basically means that you can do it anytime and anywhere even at home. How cool is that?! This basic Pilates mat workout is the first part of this series. A couple of more will follow.

Pilates is one of the most popular training methods. Like other training methods it improves flexibility and builds strength. It places emphasis on breathing while building a strong core in an effort to control better one’s balance and improve coordination. Precision is essential when carrying out a Pilates workout. The exercises are meant to flow from one to next with ease.
