Happy Monday everyone! The beginning of a new week means that it’s a good time for our fitness motivation. Today, Ifiyenia has prepared a short workout routine with five basic body posture improving exercises to improve our body posture. Too many of us are hunching in front of a monitor without paying much attention to our posture. Back aches and a lot of tension built-up behind the neck are the most noticeable outcomes. So, it’s high time to do something about it.
This workout is composed of five body posture improving exercises. No gym is required. All you need is a yoga mat and a small pillow.
I have to admit that this is one of the workouts I longed to share with you. Struggling with body posture was always a big issue for me, especially after suffering from a back trauma a while back. It involved many sessions after sessions of physiotherapy to overcome. Moreover, I’m quite certain that a lot of people are suffering from back aches, but many of them of them are mainly due to poor posture. Therefore, do yourself a favor and try these exercises out after a proper warm-up. (Note: the full body stretching routine makes a good go-to stretching routine).
