The Basic Tummy Firming Workout Routine

Having a firm tummy is probably one of the things I wish to change about me (especially after having two kids). It’s not just about the way my tummy looks. Strengthening the core muscles is essential in any well rounded fitness program. A strong and flexible core is essential for a better performance on daily tasks and chores, a healthy back, sport activities, and leads to better balance and stability while it promotes good posture. And if you work in front of a computer for many hours like myself, then chances are that your posture might need some rectifying as surely as mine does.

Therefore, toning my tummy muscles is going to be a step in the right direction for building a healthier and stronger new me. This little video that Ifiyenia has prepared for us, with a tummy firming workout routine is bound to make this dream of mine come true.
